The story of a group of Irish sisters that plan to do away with their brother-in-law, the bane of their existence. Sporting a fantastic cast, this deeply dark comedy is razor-sharp with a script most tv writers will glare at with green-eyed envy.
Sharon Horgan both stars and Executively Produces this through her company Merman in a collaboration with Apple. Only two episodes into its run on the channel and this already looks like being one of the best shows released this year. It's not entirely original, however, being based on the Belgian series 'Clan' and pitched as "a delicious blend of both dark comedy and thriller", adding that it ”follows the lives of the Garvey sisters bound together by the premature death of their parents and a promise to always protect one another."
