Dropping in-between the Golden Globes, the BAFTAs are sometimes (though not always) a good guide to what Oscar is likely to do, especially given the Globes have already been and gone, but this is usually laced with a certain quintessentially British bias, oops, I mean perspective. Looking at the nominations for 2023, there doesn't appear to be anything too shocking, except for the usual BAFTA quirks on the big ones. Red and bold are who I think will win. Green and bold is who I want to win. Blue and bold mean both who I think and who I want to win is the same.
